Last night I watched a women’s volley ball game between the US and Russia. The Russians won. This in itself is not remarkable, nor do I really care about the sporting fate of the US women’s volleyball team, what I do care about is that we lost the game —– and they showed it to us anyway.

Look, this is coverage for the US market by a US network. We only want to see the good stuff and that means victories by the US. We don’t want to see Syncronized Diving, where the US didn’t even have an entrant (as if we want to see that piece of lunacy anyway), we don’t want to se time delayed losses by US teams when we were on the internet and knew they lost.

It’s time delayed, so the network can pick and choose. They should only choose the good stuff.
